Your organization already has an account

Hi,

My account is an admin account of our organization, but was deactivated previously. I reactivated it, but when try to register hardware in partner center, it shows "The Microsoft Entra tenant you are signed in to (xxx@xxx.onmicrosoft.com) is already associated with a Windows Hardware Developer Program account. If you need access to this account, contact your administrator."

How can I do?Thanks.
