There is no out-of-the-box way in SharePoint to disable print permissions in Word Online. But there's a more complicated way to do this, amnd that's using IRM (Information Rights Management).
Using IRM in SharePoint 2016 requires RMS to be configured first.
1.Follow the steps below to configure the configuration:
Installing and configuring the Microsoft Rights Management connector
Configuring a SharePoint server to use the connector
2.Once configured, apply IRM to a list or library.
