Unable to give the exam due to Technical issues

Hi There,

Good Day!!

I hope you are doing well.

I scheduled an appointment for AZ-900 exam which was suppose to happen today. I completed my system testing multiple times for exam and it happened successfully but while launching the exam it took longer than usual and didn't happened. After trying multiple attempts to the launch exam i got the error "OnVUE check-in can not be started at this time."

As a result i was not able to attempt the exam. Requesting you help here. Kindly reschuled the appointment .
