how to do I fix creating a cloud shell

Hi,

I am finding it hard to create a cloud shell on Azure. When I try to open it, it keeps showing a blank space, what should I do now?

Thanks for your question.

If your cloud shell is just showing a blank space it may be as a result of various reasons:

1. Confirm your subscription is still active. You can't do this by searching for subscriptions in the Azure Portal. Under the pane search for your subscriptions and confirm the status.
2. Can you attempt using a different browser.
3. To create a cloud shell you also need a storage account for the cloud shell. Pls note you will be prompted to create one at first attempt.
