Thanks for your question.
If your cloud shell is just showing a blank space it may be as a result of various reasons:
- Confirm your subscription is still active. You can't do this by searching for subscriptions in the Azure Portal. Under the pane search for your subscriptions and confirm the status.
- Can you attempt using a different browser.
- To create a cloud shell you also need a storage account for the cloud shell. Pls note you will be prompted to create one at first attempt.
