Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Check the billing cycle end date for each canceled subscription. You may still be charged until the current billing cycle ends, even after cancellation.

I suggest raising a support ticket to the Billing Team to support your subscription

    Hi Rejoice Siden,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Q&A forum.

In addition to the hossein jalilian, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

The subscription services have a billing cycle, which is billed for the entire period (usually a month) regardless of when you cancel. If you’ve cancelled your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you might still be charged for the rest of the period.

After you cancel your final subscription, Azure closes your current billing cycle within 72 hours, or three calendar days.

When the billing cycle ends, you receive your final invoice (bill) for the usage you incurred in the last billing cycle. In other words, you might not get your final bill on the same day that you cancel your final subscription. Instead, you could get your final bill up to three days after you cancel your subscription.

Please refer the below document for more details:

Note: We suggest raising a support ticket with the help below link to the Billing Team to support your subscription.
