need to change the name on the exam registration form

Question

I was filling exam registartion form and put my name wrong . my first name is shiwani and I do not have last name so by mistake I put my first name as last name like shiwani shiwani. But as I checked the on the website if you dnt have last name youo can use underscore instead. please change my last name with underscore as I do not have last name on my legal identity card.

Hi shiwani,

Thank you for posting in the Q&A Forums.

Can you tell me what exam you filled out the wrong registration form for, was it Microsoft's online exam? If it was an online exam, you should not have to worry about it. If it is any other exam, you should contact the organization involved in the exam to rationalize it.
