Hi,

We have 2 differents Office 365 domain ( account ).
In the 1st one we have created resources into a subscription.

We would like to give read or read/write access to some users from the 2nd domain.

We tried that by add those users IAM role into the subscription without success.

How can we do that ?

    Hello David ALEXANDRE,

    Thanks for your question.

The recommended approach for granting access to external users is Microsoft Entra External ID. With External ID it allows you to assign specific permissions to them within your Office 365 services like SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/what-is-b2b

You can invite them individually or bulk invite: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/external-id/tutorial-bulk-invite

When they are invited you can assign them the roles you need.

Please let me know if you have further questions**

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' if this helped.
