Could you please share us with more details?
- Which version of Office are you using now? Please go to File > Account > Product Information, check the Office version name (Such as Microsoft 365 Apps), and the version number.
- Do all Excel workbooks cannot be opened?
- Where are the files that cannot be opened stored?
- What's the error message or error code if you could not open the workbook? You may take a screenshot and paste here.
