when user search for email id, it should show the email id resource type, whether it is an shared mailbox, distribution list, contact record, primary email etc.,. Will it be possible , integrating graph api call from Azure portal to servicenow.

When searching for email IDs, you can use the emailIdentity resource type from the Microsoft Graph API.
