We reached Level 4 in the Startup Founder's Hub, which got us $150k in Azure Credits. We've used about 50% of the credits as of today, but they are set to expire on June 14, 2024. We need to be able to extend the expiration date so we can actually use all the credits we are entitled to.

Adding this for anyone else who comes across this post:

"We don't offer time extensions to those accepted in the Scale stage." Source

Since this is publicly documented, no exceptions are made. Thank you for your understanding.

@brtrach-MSFT Has anything been resolved with getting a time extension? We're in a similar situation, we're a bootstrapping startup, we've got to Level 4 in Founders Hub, but the only way to get a time extension seems to be by wasting all our credits? We'd need to spend about $40k in 4 weeks just to get down to 50% usage of our credits, but we don't need credits, we need more time to use them. It seems that Microsoft wants Power Users and not smaller startups.

    Hi all,

We are just getting started with this founders hub program.
Could someone help me out with 3 questions:

    1. Did you also need to use LinkedIn login to apply for program? I have created alias on my company account, use it to register to LinkedIn and than got approved founders program all good until now.
    2. But now I need to redeem my benefits and it ask to login preferably with same account.. I cant login with alias and I'm afraid if I login with main account email it wont recognize that it is same account.
Do you have any recommendations for this case?

"Important: Confirm your Azure sponsored account to get access to your credits Please note that once you confirm the below email address for your Azure sponsorship, you will not be able to change it."

    1. If we now have our benefits for stage 2 that we are now in, if we achieve stage 3 in 9months do we have again 1 y from this day for spend this benefits?
How is timeline of using those benefits?
