Exception " Frame not in module" in VS2022.

Hi Team,

I was using VC++ application from Version VS2010 onwards. I was ported VS2012 , VS2015 then finally VS 2022 recently.

When I ported to VS2022, it creates issue if I cancel a dialog. It ended up a message "Frame not in module".

Do I need to chagne any setting to avoid this ?

Hello, could you tell us how you encountered this situation? What do you mean by canceling a dialog?

You can close all running VS instances and try to delete the hidden .vs, bin and obj folders in the project folder.

I was using Codejock for UI, I guess it is due to the dll usage/issue of the latest Codejock version!.

Cancel means. "Create an empty dialog in VC++" by default it shows an OK and Cancel button. Once the application run in Debug mode if we click the Cancel button from the dialog, it shows the "Frame not in module" message.

As a POC I removed Codejock and created a VS 2022 sample application . Now the issue is not reproduced.
