Hi @Mohammed Younus
Each Teams panel needs a Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro license or a Teams Shared Device license. The license you use depends on how you're going to use your Teams panel:
- Teams Rooms Pro - Use this license if your meeting room has a Teams Rooms system or a Surface Hub. You can share one Teams Rooms Pro license with one Teams Rooms system or Surface Hub and your Teams panel. For more information, see Resource account provisioning.
- Teams Shared Device - Use this license if your meeting room doesn't have a Teams Rooms system or Surface Hub.
Please note: Microsoft 365 or Office 365 user licenses are no longer supported for use with meeting devices. User licenses that have been assigned to Teams Panels need to be replaced by a Teams Rooms Pro or Teams Shared Device license prior to July 1, 2023. Panels that do not have one of these licenses after July 1, 2023 will be granted a 90-day grace period ending on September 30, 2023. After the 90-day grace period, Panels will be blocked from signing in until one of the above licenses is assigned.
