Urgent Help Needed to Recover Developer Account Access Due to Microsoft Authenticator Issues
Account: ******@6rpc24.onmicrosoft.com
I am unable to access my Microsoft developer account due to issues with Microsoft Authenticator after switching phones. I urgently need guidance to regain access, as I am the sole administrator of the account. The problem began after I switched devices and has persisted since then. On my old device, Microsoft Authenticator displays an error message, and I am unable to set it up on my new device.
I use Microsoft Power Automate Free and Microsoft Developer 365 E5 (without Windows and Audio Conferencing) licenses. The recent change was the switch of my mobile device. I contacted Microsoft support in Brazil, who suggested visiting a website to resolve the issue. However, without access to two-factor authentication (2FA), I couldn’t resolve the issue through the website and did not receive adequate technical support.
Facts:
• I have a Microsoft developer account with an onmicrosoft.com domain.
• Recently, I switched my mobile device and am facing serious problems with two-factor authentication (MFA).
```Limitations:
• On the old device, Microsoft Authenticator displays an error message.
• On the new device, I cannot configure Microsoft Authenticator.
• I am unable to access my developer account because the only available authentication method is Microsoft Authenticator. Despite having the account email and password, I cannot proceed with the login due to the lack of the 2FA code.
I urgently request guidance on how to proceed to recover access to my account. As the sole administrator, there is no one else who can resolve this issue for me. Over the past few days, I have repeatedly tried to contact Microsoft support in Brazil. However, the standard response was to redirect me to a website that does not offer a viable solution, as I do not have access to the authenticator. This situation reveals a significant flaw in the account recovery process, leaving me without adequate support.
Request for Immediate Action:
I ask that an immediate solution be provided to recover access to my developer account, as this issue is directly impacting my developer activities. Thank you in advance for your attention, and I look forward to your prompt response.
Please let me know if any additional details are needed.
