My account doen't exsist, but I can't create a new one because the account already exsist

Question

My sone use my microsoft accoubnt for minecraft, he tried to connect to some server and suddenly the account was gone.

When I try to sign in, i get the message "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Please enter a different account."

when i try to create a new account I get the message "email is already a Microsoft account. Please try a different email address.

Can I recover somehow?`What do I do with my purchases connectged to the account?

If You have a work e-mail try to connect to office 365. If note You will create a New account with a personnalisé e-mail. Also you Can contact Microsoft.
