I cannot deploy a ASAv in Azure - error codes indicates problems with virtual CD rom drive

i am not able to deploy a Cisco ASAv in Azure - is there some out there which in fact has tried this? Apparently DK is a banned marked for Cisco ASAv - when i "buy" one and start deploy i get this error message: The Offer: 'cisco-asav' cannot be purchased by subscription: '' as it is not to be sold in market: 'DK'. Please choose a subscription which is associated with a different market.
