URGENT - TENANT LOCKOUT - FAULTY CONDITIONAL ACCESS POLICY

We have been locked out of our tenant for almost 4 days due to a faulty conditional access policy. I have reported the case and requested urgency and answers countless times to Microsoft support, none of whom seemed to understand the urgency of the issue, no user in my organization has access to M365 and everything that entails. They only reply that they will contact me, the case does not have high priority despite being without service at this time.

We know exactly what is wrong and how to fix it. But we need the help of the data protection team. Since this is a high-impact incident and things are moving too slowly through the usual support channels, we are trying to contact them through this channel.

Our current support case number is 2406140040010640.

We need urgent help to resume our operations!!

@Sergio Marfil Thank you for reaching out to us, reviewed this case 2406140040010640 - found our team has resolved this issue by excluding one of the Global admin accounts, just wanted to check are you still facing the above-mentioned issue? Please, let me know.
