You have 30 days after your subscription expires to migrate any data. For the next 30 days, only the admin will have access to the subscription, and on day 60, the subscription and all data will be deleted.
Could you please check the error message when signing to OneDrive online?
Please try to access your OneDrive via the admin role.
- The admin can go to Microsoft 365 admin center, select Users> Active users> select the user> select the OneDrive tab> under Get access to files and select "Create links to files".
