Hello Microsoft Community,

I am experiencing an issue with my Microsoft Developer Program account and need some assistance. I Had applied for the Microsoft Developer Program and successfully created an account with the username`. As part of the setup process, I configured the Microsoft Authenticator app for two-factor authentication (2FA).

Unfortunately, my phone was recently reset, which resulted in the loss of all apps, including the Microsoft Authenticator app. Now, when I try to log into my account, I am prompted to confirm the login attempt using the authenticator app that was set up on my old device. Since the app is no longer available on my phone, I am unable to complete the authentication process.

Here are the steps I've taken so far:

  1. Attempted to log in using my username and password.
  2. Was prompted to confirm the login attempt using the Microsoft Authenticator app.
  3. Realized that I no longer have access to the authenticator app due to my phone being reset.

I am currently unable to access my account because of this issue. Could someone please guide me on how to regain access to my account? Is there a way to reset the authentication method or configure it on my new device without needing the old authenticator app?

I have my secondary mail to receive the code but it not showing the email the code

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Hareesh
