I want to reschedule my exam that was revoked due to wrong equipment

My exam PL300 was revoked by Pearson Vue and I was unable to proceed to sit it because I had a small headset on with a mike. So I took it off and placed it on the table. they could still hear me thru the mike and I could hear them thru the speakers with the volume up. There was nothing on my head. I want a reschedule at no charge as would any reasonable company in this situation. Pearson Vue told me to contact MS. There was no misconduct they said
