Unable to verify identity: Microsoft Hardware Partner for signing drivers

I have raised the incident in portal already but its been days for support to revert. I don't understand the kind of support I am getting. There is no chat option to directly talk to the agents and neither do they revert. My business is totally blocked because of this and microsoft shows no interest in resolving the issue or giving any update on it.

The similar reported issues here only talks about that issue is resolved but not on how was it resolved. Kindly be prompt in resolving queries and unblock us from moving forward

    It makes no difference to the case **Request ID:**2406190030004739.

    It has been more than 4 days and absolutely no resolution. I don't understand what is taking so long. We provided what you needed to investigate the issue and yet no update on this.

    What is the point of Microsoft make us first buy the expensive EV certificate to allow driver distribution and then not support the partners with their own process of uploading it to portal and sign it.

    Days are just passing by with absolutely zero movement in our business. Either we keep waiting endlessly to see a support response or raise it to bigger platform to be heard. We feel like dead in the water and no help in the matter being provided.

    No resolution so far, no one is ready to hear out the problem and even acknowledge it. No live chat support, No phone support. We are only on the mercy of support center responses (take ages to respond). 2nd July was the last support response and then ghosted.
