Get Certificate after passing Microsoft exam.

Question

My company booked the Azure DP 203 exam for me. I passed the exam, but all i got was a certification ID in an email. I don't have the actual certification in my Microsoft Learn account, nor was it sent to me directly via email. How can I get the certificate, either into my Microsoft Learn account or directly sent to me?

Normally your certification should show up on your Certifications tab:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab

If it isn't on your Certifications tab please ask your question in the Microsoft Credentials forum using link below. There are support moderators over there that will respond to your question in 1 business day and can get it to show up:

Thanks for your question.

I will recommend you go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard and sign in with the same Microsoft account you used to book the exam. Sometimes, it might take a longer time for the certification to appear.
