Not Create a Student Account

Question

I am trying to create azure account using my student id but every time msg popup at the end of the process our system detects the problem like that.... anyone knows what actual issue is?? I tried from my friends account to but other msg is popup like that your domain is not registered with us....

Give me solution please.
