Teams Reorder Error message

Please i need your help on this issue.

When users try to re-organize Teams in the teams application or the web application, they get the error "We couldn't reorder the teams. Please try again."

 Ironically a user sent us a video using the Stream service, but the only download option is a webm file that is not supported in this support portal.

Multiple administrator accounts are experiencing the issue.

We have cleared the Teams cache, but we are still experiencing the same issue.

The error message does appear after a short delay after trying to reorder the teams.

The issue occurs both on the Teams Web and Teams Desktop application.

We have also tried to update teams to the latest version but the same problem.

We are using Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.

The accounts are administrators, and they have sufficient permissions to make changes to the Teams layout? We are not experiencing any network connectivity issues that might be affecting the Teams service?

I experience the same issue when logging in as them from my office in a different location.


The webm file is irrelevant to the issue

    1. Please check Teams updates and make sure that Teams apps are updated to the latest version.
    2. Please clear Teams cache or try using Teams Web Client.

    1. Please log in to Microsoft365Admin center as an administrator to reassign Teams licenses to users.
