Error in file handler in azure app

I have developed an Azure app registration called "Test" that displays a menu on SharePoint and OneDrive. When a user clicks on this menu, it is supposed to redirect them to a specific page. However, I am encountering an issue where the menu is not working as expected in one drive only. In SharePoint everything is working as expected
(First screenshot) this is how it is supposed to look, but in OneDrive in My Files, all the menu names are the same as the App Name

Based on the description of your issue, please confirm that you have deployed the correct Azure App. (It looks like you deployed successfully, but there is a problem with the Azure App you deployed.)
