My device will not accept the latest Windows update. The hardware will not support it. Everytime it tries to update, holds the laptop hostage for a couple of hours and then rolls back to the previous version. Can I turn off windows update on Windows 10.
I have version 1803, OS build 17134.1304

Might check the hardware vendors site for firmware, ROM bios, chipset and driver support updates. The vendor should also have information on the supported operating systems.
