Different result ocr with different subscription with cognitive service

Hi,

I have two different subscriptions in azure and I tried to call cognitive service to read the text in image. I tried to call with same image but I have two different result when I use different subscription, could you tell me why?

Thank you for your replay. I can't send the original image because it contains personal data, this is a "cleaned" image:

With this image I don't have a problem but with the original image cognitive reads two different word, with first subscription it reads "CITACAN6" and with second subscription it reads "C<ITACAN6".
