I have switched from an Android to an iPhone recently and now I cannot log into the Authenticator app to access work files and chats on MS Teams.
I have tried setting up the Cloud to do a backup but after entering my mail, I never received the code. I cannot log in on the authenticator app because I need to certify my account via the app.
The app is up running on the latest update.
Is there a way to reset it all and start new on my new phone?
