I have two accounts that I no longer use, a former school I attended and a former employer. I would like to delete these accounts so that they don't show up on authenticator. The accounts are grayed out so I don't have the option to delete.

    Hello Rivly Breus,

    Thanks for your question.

    Please attempt the below steps:

    1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
    2. Tap on "Accounts" or "Users & Accounts" depending on your device. (If you enrolled with Android Enterprise work profile, you can go to Settings-> Work profile->Accounts)
    3. Select the work account you wish to remove.
    4. Tap on "Remove Account" or "Delete Account", depending on your device.
    5. Confirm the removal of the account when prompted.
    6. To delete greyed-out account from MS Authenticator you may also need to delete this account from Android - Settings - Accounts.

    Regards,

    Abiola
