SCCM console showing clients as inactive, but the clients are up

SCCM server shows all servers as inactive, but the sccm agent status green tick mark is present and it is getting the av updates as well.

However, when i check in monitoring tab under end point protection, it shows that endpoint protection is not installed on any of the nodes and shows no active clients.

Any idea how to resolve this issue will help.

Have we check the EndpointProtectionAgent.log to see if our clients have receive the policy?
