After resetting my HoloLens 2 device, I've encountered an issue with gesture interaction within Unity applications that I would like assistance with. Prior to the reset, I was able to successfully engage in gesture, voice, and gaze interactions. However, post-reset, the device only supports voice and gaze interactions, and gesture interaction capabilities have become unavailable.

Here are the details of the issue and the steps I've taken so far:

Gesture Interaction Failure: Following the system reset, gesture interactions are no longer recognized by the HoloLens 2, which was not the case before the reset.

  1. Previous Functionality: After the reset, a white ring appears at the point of contact between the hand and virtual objects during gesture interaction, indicating a successful interaction. This visual cue was not present before the reset.

Voice and Gaze Interaction: Both voice and gaze interactions are functioning correctly, indicating that the issue is specific to gesture recognition.

Software and Hardware Check: I have verified that the HoloLens 2 is running the latest software updates, and no hardware issues are apparent.

Developer Mode: I have enabled developer mode to facilitate troubleshooting, but the gesture interaction issue persists.
