ASR Configuration Server - Unable to pass the validation step 3 (Install 3rd party software)

ASR Configuration server. First time setup, image (OVL) downloaded from Azure and untouched.

Problem: I have downloaded ovl image yesterday. During third step, When trying to "Download and Install" MySQL a red X appears saying "Loading..." but nothing happens. I am stuck here.

I tried with multiple browser and tried with different Internet connection, But still the problem persist.

I tried downloaded the image twice, unfortunately with both the image same issue persist.

Even tried all the steps suggested in this link https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/vmware-azure-deploy-configuration-server#configure-settings

But no luck

MySql is currently installed manually. The download link to MySql regularly works in the browser.

I have no idea what the problem is.

Could you please suggest how to proceed further.

    Our Product team have confirmed that they have released new OVA with the fix which should resolve your issue.

    Try to refresh the browser and install it again?
