I have passed MS-102 EXAM but did not receive Certificate

My name is Vivek Dubey and I have given exam MS-102 dated on April 29, 2024 and my certificate id is MS0996377884 and registration id is 476823940. My concern is this I did not received my certificate in my portal yet but I have passed and my score is 941. if any prerequisite required please guide me. I am waiting my certificate.

Hi Vivek,

Do you have at least one of the 5 required pre-requisite certifications? At least one of these is required in addition to passing MS-102 exam:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate,
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate,
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate,
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate,
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate

Once you obtain at least one of the above certifications then Microsoft 365: Administrator Expert certification will show up in your profile.
