My Authenticator app is not allowing me to get a code to verify my account. Can I get around it ?

Good day I am locked out of my business subscription account because I cannot get a code from the app to verify my account. I know the password, but I recently changed my phone, and the app is not allowing me to set up my email address.

This is the only admin account. I have no other option to verify my account unless I get that code from the app. Please help.

It is a Microsoft 365 subscription account
