Authenticator App 사용 시 2단계 다단계 인증 문제로 접속이 어렵습니다.
ios > android 로 휴대폰이 교체되었으며, 이전에 있던 데이터를 백업하지 못하였습니다.
새롭게 Authenticator App 사용을 위해 확인된 모든 지원을 확인하고 해보았으나 도움이 되지않습니다.
업무에 심각한 차질이 생기고 있습니다. 신속한 도움을 받고 싶습니다.
신규로 Authenticator 사용을 위해 여러 시도를 하였으나, 2자리 숫자 암호가 불러와지지 않거나, 6자리 일회용 암호는 8자리 일회용 암호로 보이며, 진행이 되지 않습니다.
