I have completed my certification test, but Certificate not generated.

I have completed the Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS102) on 13th June and i also got the passed marks. But still certificate is not available in portal to download.

Hi,

Do you have at least one of the 5 required pre-requisite certifications? At least one of these is required in addition to passing MS-102 exam:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate,
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate,
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate,
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate,
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate

Once you obtain at least one of the above certifications then Microsoft 365: Administrator Expert certification will show up in your profile.
