Issue with my PL900 certification exam on the 20th of november

Hi

I had difficulties during my PL 900 certification exam.
I encountered many problems during the test.
The exam center : IBS GLOBAL
233 RUE DU FAUBOURG SAINT MARTIN
75010 PARIS

The exam is supposed to be in English all around the world.
My exam was in French !! What a surprise. I had the ability to get the translation in English but without the capacity to answer in English!!
I must go back to french to asnwer to the questions.
Also i was not able to access to the answers through the dropdown list in English.

I needed twice time to be able to answer questions because of this issues.
I considered that i was not in the same conditions as the other users who passed teh exam.
Despite these probelms my score was 687 and i would like Microsoft to offer me a new chance to get the certification.

Also, Microsoft need to stop Working with this exam center in Paris because you 'll probably have the same problems for fututr candidate.
