Hello, sohaib benloukil

Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I have carefully read the information and problem description you provided.

I understand that this problem is causing you trouble. You mentioned that you cannot install the Epic Games Launcher. Don't worry, I am here to help you. I suggest that you try the following methods, which may help you.

Method 1. Run the installer as an administrator. Sometimes permission issues will prevent it from installing correctly. Try right-clicking the installer and selecting "Run as Administrator".

Method 2. Disable antivirus software. Some antivirus software may falsely report the Epic Games Launcher installation file as a potential threat. Try temporarily disabling the antivirus software and re-enabling it after the installation is complete.

Method 3. Clean up old installation files. If you have tried to install before and failed, some old installation files may be left behind. You can try:

Delete the Epic Games folder (usually located in C:\Program Files\Epic Games or C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local\EpicGames). Then restart your computer and try the installation again.

Finally, make sure you have enough space on your hard drive to install the Epic Games Launcher, at least 15GB of free space is required.

If you have tried the above and the problem is still not resolved, I recommend that you visit the Epic Games Support page: Epic Games Support for further troubleshooting and assistance. Epic's technical support staff may be able to help you fix the problem.

Best regards

Brian - Microsoft Community Support Specialist

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

Enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package......

    It's popping, please help!
