PowerBI reports unable to complete loading at SharePoint 2013 on prem

The environment is SharePoint 2013 farm. I have uploaded the PowerBI reports on web parts. The PowerBI reports are always on "Loading data...". That makes the report unusable online for IE 11 or IE 11 compatibility mode. End users need to download the report to see the reports or use Chrome.

How can I resolve the issue for IE?

    Hi @Sara ,

Per my research, I found a similar issue in PowerBI forum: https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Report-Server/Power-BI-embedded-report-in-onpremise-sharepoint-keep-on-showing/td-p/332612#

You could try the solution there:

SharePoint by default servers the page in IE-10 compatibilty mode. PBI does not work in that mode, it need IE-11. You may need to change the master page of SharePoint to render in IE-11 (Edge) mode or use Chrome, see here:

That worked. I created .aspx as paul.tavares noted, then added the report file url.
