How to fix unity catalog issue I am the creator of databricks account not able to see the unity catalog option in catalog option

How to fix unity catalog issue I am the creator of data bricks account not able to see the unity catalog option in catalog option.
Even I tried to open admin console of databricks to enable catalog but not able to go inside admin console..I am owner of that databricks account and also created workspace myself
