load files into sql server

Hello,
I come from the ssis background where I am able to load .csv files one at a time into sql server...
Can you please point me to video or a step by step lab/documentation where it sows me how to load .csv files one at a time in a loop into say azure sql server and move the files into appropriate folder once processed....?

Hi.
Both cases please.
At present I have ssis packages where in
1-
I loop through .csv files and one by one I load them to a sql server table
2-
I loop through each .csv file and depending on the name of the file, I load into appropriate sql server table
