Based on your description, it appears that you are trying to remove/delete Microsoft Entra Connect Health from the Azure Portal and have observed that there is no name to enter in the confirmation space. Please correct me if I am wrong.
If that is your goal, please follow the steps below to remove Microsoft Entra Connect Health from the Azure Portal:
- Log in to https://portal.azure.com and search for Microsoft Entra Connect Health.
- Go to Sync services and select the Service Name. (Please refer to the screenshot below for reference from my demo tenant.)
- Select the server where Microsoft Entra Connect Health is installed and click on Delete. Refer to the screenshot below for reference.
- In the "TYPE THE SERVER NAME" space, enter the server's name. In my scenario, the server's name is "DC." Refer to the screenshot below for reference.
- After entering the server's name correctly in the name space, it will validate, and the Delete option will become available.
Following these steps should help you remove Microsoft Entra Connect Health.
