RDS IP Virtualization Per Session - how to bind IP to user session?

Hello,
We have Windows Server 2016 with Remote Desktop Services and Remote Desktop IP Virtualization Per Session enabled.
How to bind user session to ip address? We want the user to always get the same address.
(I tried dhcp reservation, but it do not work in this case)

There's a Appendix A(page 20): Using Static IP Addresses for Remote Desktop IP Virtualization, I hope this is what you want.

Didn't find much on server 2016.
