Does Microsoft Custom Connector available in Logic App, Power App, Power Automate after publish/certify

Hi All,

Have created one Custom connector in Power App. Now I am planning to certify this and publish it in a Market Place. Will it available on Power App, Power Automate, and Logic App to use?
