We have an app with the following scopes
"User.Read", "Files.Read", "Files.Read.All", "Files.ReadWrite", "Files.ReadWrite.All", "Sites.Read.All", "Sites.ReadWrite.All".
But when we are trying to use the following graph api, we are getting error - FileOpenUserUnauthorized, You do not have permissions to open this file in the browser.

End point - https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/drives/driveId/items/workbookId/workbook/worksheets/workSheetId/range(address='{addressStartRange}:{addressEndRange}')

This error was occuring with a new trail microsoft account, with other accounts it was working fine.

Can you please help in resolving the error.

    Hi @integrations-dev

I noticed that many users in the forum have reported the same error as yours recently. I just tried to reproduce the problem with different accounts, but no luck.

Based on the analysis of the problem, I still think this is a problem with the account, not the Graph API itself. I suggest you open a support ticket with the Microsoft Graph support team, which will help you find the cause of the problem as soon as possible.

    Hope this helps.
