We are encountering issue while loading Report Viewer Control in Internet Explorer 11, Version 11.1139.18362.0. The control is just showing Loading... image continuously and it is not showing the actual report even if we wait for 5 minutes. The same control is loading the reports successfully in other IE 11 versions, Microsoft Edge and chrome as well. We cannot request the users to downgrade or upgrade the IE versions as it goes with the policy. Please advise.

The following browser versions that we tested to be successful are listed below:

  1. IE 11, Version 11.418.18362.0
  2. Microsoft Edge
  3. Google Chrome

Below is the screenshot from IE 11, Version 1.1139.18362.0, where it is not loading successfully. It is working fine in IE 11, Version 11.418.18362.0, Edge and chrome.

    Hi @Kasireddy, Vinay ,

May I know the version of your report viewer control?

You may using a different release for a try.

As I see, the v150.1404.0 has Improved HTML rendering accessibility for tables.

If you have already used the latest version, you may also test with a lower release for the issued IE is not the newest version.

Here is the release note for your reference.
