We're trying to do a simple OSD (bare-metal) based on 1909 and I have restart step between 2 'Install Applications' steps which takes 16h to execute. I don't know why as in the smsts.log there's no error

Is the reboot itself taking that long or is it just delay in the status messages?
Hi, it's the reboot that is taking too long. The technician on site said that the reboot took 16 hours to execute. So between the step 'applications install' and another 'application install'. I have never had this problem before. This was on CB2002. I upgraded the infra to 2006 + KB4575790 so I need to have it checked again on site. On our site we don't have this issue or less. It takes several minutes but not hours.

1.From the our description,since we go into the full OS,maybe we could check the smsts.log on our clients logs to see if there is any related messages in it.
