Hi,
Is the reboot itself taking that long or is it just delay in the status messages?
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
We're trying to do a simple OSD (bare-metal) based on 1909 and I have restart step between 2 'Install Applications' steps which takes 16h to execute. I don't know why as in the smsts.log there's no error

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
1.From the our description, since we go into the full OS,maybe we could check the smsts.log on our clients logs to see if there is any related messages in it.
Here is the helpful article to check the SMSTS.log:

Note:This is non-official Microsoft article for you to refer to.
2.Have we set the maintenance windows option? If so,maybe that moment are waiting for the maintenance to end.
