Missing Microsoft Learn Resource in MD- 102 Exam

During the exam, I noticed that no Microsoft Learn resources were available on my exam dashboard. This was unexpected, as I was under the impression that these resources would be accessible for reference during the exam( as per stated on Microsoft Website "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/support/exam-duration-exam-experience#accessing-microsoft-learn-during-your-certification-exam" ).The absence of these resources posed a significant challenge, as I was relying on them to assist me in answering some of the exam questions. I believe this may have affected my performance on the exam.

I contacted Person but they simply advised me to contact Mircosoft and lodge a job to Person, please help
