What happened to my training records

Question

Earlier this year I completed all of the online training modules for Power BI. In my account it showed the training records. Today I went to look at it again, and for some reason I had to redo the setup of my account (even though it was with the same email). When I did that it showed that I had not completed any training. Is there any way to get this training information back? I would like to use it as part of my annual performance review for my job, so having the records would be helpful.

MVA learning is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
your Microsoft Certification dashboard
