    Hi @Sanjay ,

Thanks for updating that the account is now reflecting the correct redemption status. It is typically difficult to troubleshoot the "redemption failed" message without further details, but some steps to resolve this issue would be:

    • Test the redemption using a different browser.
    • Perform a flush of the DNS cache.
    • The error can occur if the user is not present in the cloud in the organization. If this is the case, you need to ensure that the user's identity is synchronized cloud.
    • If the issue still occurs after trying these steps, you can try removing the user and re-inviting the user.

In your case though, it appears that the issue auto-resolved.

Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. They can only accept answers by others ", I'll repost your solution in case you'd like to "Accept " the answer.

    Issue:

An Azure portal access invitation was failing for a Read Only user with the error, 'Invite Redemption failed'

    Solution:

    The issue auto-resolved itself.

If you have any other questions or are still running into more issues, please let me know. Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue.
