My "Azure $150 monthly credit" has not been refilled this week

I activated "Azure $150 monthly credit" in my subscription but I have not received any credits apart from the initial $150. When will I get another $150?

The Azure $150 monthly credit typically renews on the same day you activated the subscription or the day your billing cycle starts.

Please try switching the try directory and see if you find your VS subscription. Ref doc: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/set-preferences

The subscription was activated on May 23 and today is June 27 so they should be refilled by now.

Did you try switching the directory and see if you find your VS subscription. Ref doc: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/set-preferences From there you can tell the status. Pls post Sshot

What do you mean? I can switch my directory but I don't see how that would make a difference.
